Our client Aquacut Limited, based in Cheshire, is a provider of building finishes installed in premises all over the world. They are also professional landscaping & tiling tools suppliers throughout the UK.

Their managed IT service contract with their incumbent supplier had become cumbersome and expensive with charges for services that weren’t clear and obvious. As a result service levels were poor and the costs ever increasing. The client was aware that essential cover and support was still required but was unsure whether the existing provision adequately served their needs.

In the first instance Firstcom Europe was able to audit both client need and current provision to find out where costs were being unnecessarily incurred. This analysis enabled Firstcom to build a managed IT service that included a full cable to cloud solution across their IT network and phone systems too.
