Account Managers

Nurturing and growing existing customer accounts
Ensuring customers are fully aware of our portfolio of products
Bringing on new customer accounts through referral and networking

Appointment Bookers (Business Development)

Canvassing for new business over the phone
Creating a pipeline of prospective customer leads
Booking appointments for sales consultations

Lead Generation

A great introduction to a sales career
Calling businesses all over the country to find prospective customer leads
Experience not necessary as training is provided

IT Engineer

Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring minimal downtime for end users.
Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via ticketing systems, remote tools, and in-person support across various platforms.
Maintain system performance through proactive monitoring, regular updates, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Experienced Billing Co-ordinator

Assisting the billing team with up to 10 monthly bill runs.
Maintaining billing system records – updating usernames, adding and removing products in the billing system
Monitoring usage charges, answering billing emails and calls
Previous experience in customer billing is essential with a minimum of 12 months experience.

Billing Admin Support

Maintaining billing system records – updating usernames, adding and removing products in the billing system
Monitoring usage charges
Answering billing emails and calls
Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and experience working with large data sets
