The Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Telesales Manager to lead and inspire an established high-energy telesales team. This role is pivotal in driving performance, ensuring consistency, and fostering a positive company culture. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with exceptional emotional intelligence and communication abilities. Industry experience is not required – we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds who have a proven ability to motivate and engage teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Motivation
- Inspire and energise a telesales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Implement coaching and training programs to develop skills and confidence.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and best practices.
Performance Management:
- Analyse telesales performance data to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Work with the Sales Manager and Sales Director to design and implement incentive schemes.
- Drive efficiency in lead generation through optimised working practices.
- High energy, organised, and results focused.
- Strong emotional intelligence and exceptional communication skills.
- Ability to motivate and coach individuals and teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in interpreting performance data.
- Creative approach to engagement and cultural initiatives.
Qualifications:
