GREAT EXPERIENCE
We asked First Comm to devleop our shared working platform, get required licenses and set up a medium size team on email etc. for a new programme mobilising across Bradford. It's been a great experience and having their technical expert, Charlie C on hand and communicating in good time made sure everything flowed and we launched in good time. Outstanding Customer Service!
I represent Lovatts Roofing in Bury. After a power cut caused some technical complications, I rang Firstcom and an engineer was thankfully sent out the same day. Callam was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our issues and increased our internet speeds by approx 6x If I had my own business I would choose Firstcom for sure. Just genuine real people with solutions.

Whenever you ring you always get someone who is willing to help you to sort your issue out, unlike some companies that just want to pass you from department to department, very happy with the service we get and would highly recommend. Technical help is great and they call you back when the say they will, which is all done in a timely manner. (Thanks Ashley for your help )

Excellence throughout
All the engineers, from the cable gentlemen who worked in very hot temperatures, to the installation engineers, they were all fantastic covering 3 floors of our building. All were clean and fast workers. They worked around our business needs so nothing/no one was affected. Our One to One contact Beth kept in touch throughout to make sure everything was going smoothly!

The whole process has been great
The whole process has been a great experience from Jim in sales helping us find a great deal and Carly helping us with the organisation and logistics. Nigel and Dave have been excellent on site.with their knowledge and technical skill. The phones, door phones and cameras are all working well and the job has been done really neatly 🙏

We have been with Firstcom for almost 5 years and when we recently moved premises we decided to carry on using them Once again James was our sales guy who is lovely and always willing to help and assist Carly was our next port of call who we dealt with throughout the move, lovely bubbly girl, always pleasant, easy to talk to and nothing was ever to much. Also very professional and polite and knew what she was talking about, thank you so much Carly & James The engineer who fitted all the wires and equipment, I wasnt there, but the staff here said he was also a lovely, professional guy The move went very smoothly, couldnt have gone better All in all the company and staff we dealt with were all 5 star Thanks guys

A Chartered Accountant with more than 22 years of experience, Anthony began his career at KPMG before moving into senior finance leadership roles across the consumer products, leisure, telecommunications, and technology sectors. He has held CFO positions within high-growth, private equity-backed businesses operating internationally, bringing extensive experience in acquisitions, business integration, restructuring, and capital raising.
Known for his commercial mindset and strategic approach, Anthony works closely with teams across the business to support informed decision-making, drive performance, and ensure Firstcom Europe is well positioned for future growth. He believes strong financial leadership should enable innovation, create opportunity, and deliver lasting value for customers, employees, and stakeholders alike.

Outside of work, Anthony's family life keeps him busy, with his wife, two children, and dog ensuring there's rarely a quiet moment. Much of his spare time is spent supporting his children's competitive swimming, a sport he also competed in at a national level. He still enjoys swimming himself, loves to travel, and never turns down the opportunity for a skiing trip, good food, and a great bottle of wine. He also brings plenty of personality to every occasion and has been known to embrace the odd fancy dress event with enthusiasm!
